About This Item
CPVC pipe for geyser and solar hot water lines, rated to carry water at 93 degrees Celsius continuously. The cream-coloured chlorinated compound keeps its strength at temperatures that would soften ordinary PVC, so it is the correct pipe to run from the geyser to the shower mixer. Sized to the American copper tube standard (CTS) in SDR 11, and jointed with CPVC-specific solvent cement, which we stock alongside it. Do not joint CPVC with ordinary PVC cement.
